I activated banners in "preferences" I went into admin/banners and created a client and added a banner to the site and it shows up when I click "edit" for that client.
For some reason this only won't work on the "fiapple" theme, of course that is the one im' using.. Sad

It could be that theme does not support banners. I know of a few that don't have support of any banners... Wink
