Custom Module

I have recently created a module by first doing the hard work in Dreamweaver and then using the Nuke Tools Module Maker to get me the code as i dont really know much about PHP. My problem is I am getting this error when i try to access the module.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting ',' or ';' in /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/modules/Code/index.php on line 94

This is the last part of the code where the error is but i have tried all sorts of variations but I still get the same error.

Any help would be appreciated.

Well this line here seems to be a double quote with no ending

You could close it with another double quote, but that line is completely redundant. Just delete it and move the semi-colon to the previous line.
