You can export the database using phpMyAdmin, a programme called BigDump, or if you are using cPanel you can move the whole site in one go.

You may need to clean out the "new database" of all tables first, prior to importing in the old one. You say the db is at the 2.3.1 level as well as the files in both old and new? If so, then this should work just fine. You may need to adjust a path, though, for the NukeSentinel admin to your .htaccess file and possibly the path in the .htaccess file to the .staccess file, but that is only if the path is different on the new server. However, I am pretty sure this isn't your current issue.

Most control panels come with phpMyAdmin. From there you can click on the "Select All" then select Drop from the action list and all the tables will be dropped. You can also remove your database and re-create it via your control panel.
