what i did wrong when installin 2.5 for 7.3

Hello

After i installed chat's 2.5 my welcome message top on index page had gone .I can see it adminpanel/messages still there ,i try to edit and recreate another one but couldnt see it work, can anyone help me what i did wrong during installation please Confused

Did you upload the included files or did you manually edit yours?

i installed all but not some modules or blocks coz i wasnt use them before Rolling Eyes

I just entered on Messages and rewrite the message...
....after this all work fine!!
