Thanks for posting all these. I'm surprised the compliance police haven't arrested (or been arrested) for these. We'll get them added to the issue tracker and resolved in the next update, though they might be grouped together.

vanquish, can you be more specific as to where within the module you are seeing this non-compliance? I am not finding it. Maybe there is a specific condition that is causing it to show, such as a brand new site?

never mind... yes, brand new installation with no news articles... explains it.

This was resolved and added to the 2.4.1 release.
