Content Plus - Mail To Friend Problem

Any anonymous user can access Content and mail any item to a friend. It has now become a source of abuse on my support site. I disabled "Mail to friend" temporarily. I would like to keep the function but make it so that only a reg'd user can use it.

What would even be neat is to make it so that a reg'd user's email address is auto-filled in the sender's field and cannot be changed.

The abuse that is happening is that an anonymous user is sending an entry to an invalid address and the sender is also using an invalid address as well. My postmaster mailbox is getting stuffed with bounce messages.
