Phpnuke Url & Keywords!

Good morning!
For years I use phpnuke and I must be honest I am very well, there are only two things I would improve, but it seems an odyssey (I state that I know little of php).
The most interesting part of my site, in addition to the forum is linked to the reviews, which thanks to fb I can share.
I would like to make two improvements, the first is that on every page, do not read this URL:
Example ->

ara21.org/Sections-op-viewarticle-artid-286.html

URL that I want

ara21.org/baby-toys-il-lancio-dei-bambini.html

The second step is related to the KEYWORDS that phpnuke decides to put me on every page, and that allows me to customize it properly.
If I open the source I read "<META NAME =" KEYWORDS "CONTENT =" Contest, Forum, sections, etc etc ", but I would like to enter into goni KEYWORDS different page, there are sites around that have done this work, but do not want absolutely share the steps to make these changes.
My site is amateurish, no banners, so it's just a cost, and there is no income, I would like to improve it just for passion.

If you are looking to get the title in the url this post may help, although it's for the forums, the same approach could be used for other modules

If you stick with standard nuke you could use dynamic keywords module

which allows custom keyword/desc by module, or if you upgrade to ravennuke it has built in functionality which allows for greater customization, or even auto-generated keywords/desc based on page content.
