nukeWYSIWYG_3_6_3_1 image upload not working in IE

Hi,

I installed nukeWYSIWYG_3_6_3_1, but the Image upload section doesn't work in Internet Explorer 11 and yet it is working perfectly in Chrome, so it seems to be a browser issue. In IE, in Image Info and Link sections, when I click on Browse Server, a window opens along with an error message 'Invalid backend response, Data is not JSON', and in the Upload section it doesn't show the 'Choose File' button at all, it just displays a slider bar instead. Does anyone know how this problem can be fixed?

I know this issue in IE but this version of CK was coded before IE11 was released.

But it works for me, if I'm click on Browse Server. There is no issue in IE11. Try to clear the browser cache of your IE11 and try it again. Over Browse Server you a separate option for uploading files and this works fine.

Thanks Neralex, I cleared the browser cache but in IE I still get 'Invalid backend response, Data is not JSON' when clicking on Browse Server, and the Upload option doesn't display a 'choose file' button, all I can see is a slider with a 'send it to the server' button underneath which is no use at all. I have also noticed today that the Browse Server in Chrome also gives me the same error message - I just tested the upload option yesterday which displays properly and works fine. Is there any other Editor that would work with RN 2.51 that I could try?

I have it tested with a fresh install of RN251 + update from FCK to CK and it works as i have it mentioned.

Do you have updated your jquery.js with a newer version? If yes, wich version because with some newer versions of jQuery you are getting this issue.

Try to re-upload the jquery.js in /includes/jquery/ from the rn251 download-package and try it again.

Thanks Neralex, changing the jquery.js didn't make any difference, but I found that by going to Tools in IE11, and adding the site to a list in the Compatibility View Settings resolved the image Upload option browse button issue, I can now see the Browse button instead of a slider and upload images. The file manager still doesn't work properly though, on IE the file manager pop up window now displays an almost blank white page with these 2 words ' finder here' on it and in Chrome it still displays 'Invalid backend response, Data is not JSON'. I'm not too bothered about getting file manager working though as I just wanted to be able to upload images on IE which I can do now.

Do you have cleared you cache after the changing of the jquery.js?
