Gents, I was able to edit the .css file for the theme I had installed, however I got a big headache becauase the PM, Memberlist and Forums module will not take the change. All other modules work with the new color changes I made, but any module tied to the Forums will not change and stay in the defualt setting.

I even looked at the html source code to see what .css file it was calling and it was the one I edited Sad

I then even as a test deleted the .css file and the forum modules weren't affect but the ones that were working properly were all messed up.

So apparently the forums modules it getting its style sheet from somewhere else. I am using the zonecopper theme.

Any help will be greatly appreciated Smile

well i dont know exactly but first,the forums has its own stylesheet.
when you go to forum admin you will see the template and it will let you edit it also..
as for the members list and other stuff,look in the file...sometimes the design/colors etc..are difined in there using the standard colors from the theme.php ...like..

Code:
$bgcolor1 = "#F4F6FB";

$bgcolor2 = "#BBCCDC";
$bgcolor3 = "#F4F6FB";
$bgcolor4 = "#BBCCDC";
$textcolor1 = "#516A88";
$textcolor2 = "#516A88";

But you can add more and different colors if you like..

I tried all this in the forums Admin, however it looks like the nuke theme overrides the pbpBB theme, I say this because my nuke theme is zonecopper and in the forums admin it shows subBlack as theme (Which it really isn't using) I can delete the forum.css sheet and it makes no difference so my theory of nuke theme overriding the forums theme is true.

There has to be somwehere those 3 modules (PM, Memberlists and Forums) are getting their style from which is different then the theme/style/style.css
