including security code to Forums

Hi together,

in the last few weeks im getting a lot of spamentrys into my forums. To stop this, i want to include the security code to the Forums. Ive taken a look on the Your_account-module to see how the sec.-code works but what ive done doesnt work. Is there someone who can help me?
The posting.php is completely different to the your_account index.php what causes my problems...

Can you explain what it is what your doing or trying to do?
Cause it doesnt make any sense.

Just configure your forum in forum admin like..view everybody post only registered or something like that.

Your right but i need that everybody can post. It also do not only affect to the Forums the most problem makes the guestbook (Gbook MX) Just yesterday I got 5 spam entries in it and the website exists just 3 weeks... I dont wont to know how it is in about half a year.

yes thats a known problem with gbookmx.
spambots are currently working overtime spamming the guestbooks.
they found how to do that with gbookmx weeks ago.
set it to view registered only and same goes to your forum.
there isnt any other simple solution for this.

Get Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login!. The best spam control out there, I think, and great support.

Thats a nice guestbook but not what im looking for. I would never sign a guestbook where my Emailadress is shown to all others. Shure i could change it in the code but this guestbook is not a nukemodule therefor i will not use it...

All email addresses are blocked from harvesters, it includes a robot test, and the webmaster has a choice of showing email addresses or not, as well as showing homepages or not. In my guestbook, I don't show email addresses.

I use this on 2 websites as a Php-Nuke module. It's just a matter of changing one word, "false" to "true" in the config.php file. It is also used widely as a Post-Nuke module. Since I switched to this guestbook, spam is virtually nonexistent.
