Hi !
I wold like to install the hide mod in my bb v2.0.10 forum.
this mod allow users to hide
a message via some "bbcodes", ex : [hide] message [/hide]. To see the
hidden message, you must be a member and you must post a reply to
the message...
I found one for phpbb standalone(v2.0.10) here:
http://www.philiweb.com/accueil.php?num=15
But i'm not sure it'll work ?
Is there perhaps a premodded one for nuke,if so where can i find it ?

Yes,thanks !
They got one hide mod for phpbb2.06 phpnuke compat phpnuke 6.9 - 7.0 - 7.1.
Do you think it's a problem to use with 7.4 forum v2.0.10 ?
Not sure if it's a good idea to mix files from different versions...

Backup all the files you will be modifying and just try it. That's what I do. |

i'll do that,thanks !
When i have some time, maybe i'll try to port the standalone v2.0.10 hack
to nuke.
I'm no coding genius, but i have this nifty little app called "active file compare"
that makes the work so much easier !

I run 7.4 and I can get most portedmods hacks to work. Most of the time (sometimes with help from here ) I can get phpbbhacks.com hacks to work with 7.4 and phpbb 2.0.10. |

I got it to work too(thanks to active filecompare),i ported the standalone v2.0.10 hide mod into the chatpatched files,it was tricky cause i got the bbcode box hack as well where all the bbcode is "controlled" by a external javascript.
But now it works fine !!!!!
Thanks everyone for the feedback.

Funny!
Most white pages are caused by parsing errors in included files. If you try to access the files you changed directly, you will see an error that shows the line where the parsing error occurs. |
