Ip's not showing in Blocked IP's scroll block

Hi guys. So far sentinel has blocked two IP's the first block the reason was this.

Abuse-Flood

and the second was also a flood related block but neither is showing up in my list of blocked IP's. So far its empty is this normal? and if not is there anyway I can correct it? All my core edits are done perfectly as far as I can see.

Ok if your a getting a message then Sentinel is more or less set up right.

Check your settings to make sure you have it set up to block, you may have it set to just email. Each blocker type has its own setting and you just may not have flood set to block.

So if I have it set to just email then it will just email me the abuse and not actually block the IP? So it should start blocking IP's if I set it to Email,Block, & Default page then it should block them right?
