I am trying to add a module and a block on my site. It lets me do it and no errors come up (like a blank screen). This is the 1st time I have tried adding something to my site.
When I put a new module in the modules folder and look in the list it just doesnt show and if I try adding a block it shows in the list but when I try to add it it doesn't.
I cannot add anything in blocks (even sentinel).
Has anyone seen this before? its like it cannot modify the database?
Thanks

I thought I was out of the woods but something is still wrong, if i go into my downloads and try to download them I just get a white screen. If I modify anything in admin I get a white screen (it actually does the modification).
Is there anything I can do with this? I have reuploaded all the files

Might be an old module and may not be up to the 3.1/3.2 patch level "standards". Can you point us to where you downloaded this or can you make a download (zip file) available off your site so we can take a look at it? |

Sounds like some of the files were either not uploaded or got corrupted on the way. You shouldn't be having this sort of problem if this is a virgin install and you have done no other work on the site.
As usual, a link to the site is always a help |
