Can you please advice, how to change Site Related Details in MySQL Table of about DB name, URL etc. When moving the entire blog from one ISP to another.

You can use phpMyAdmin to export all your tables. And then use it again to import on the new server

Thanks, but after importing Tables in new DB on new ISP's Server. How would I change DB name, Blog URL etc. Because the Old Table, would still have the OLD details feeded in.

edit the file wp-config.php to have the new database name, password, etc and upload to new server. Then you can use the control panel to change everything else.
