My guess would be your navigation block is not installed correctly. This has nothing to do with the distro Smile

it may not be your block-Modules (Navigation) since this one is normally inculded with the package -it could be caused by a slighty incompatable added block try deactivating each of your left side blocks till the error goes bye bye

Ok this is a old therad, but heres what i have found.. I am having the same problem with the flash nav block. However i have noticed this is because the block is trying to pull information of your modules that were not auto added when you uploaded them. I found that if you look at your modules, find the ones that are not showing, then mannualy add them through Cpanel, the error will go away. its seems that the real issue is the error Column count doesn't match value count at row 1. which i dont know how to trouble shoot so ive lived to work around it. everytime i add a new mod i just mannualy add them. this blows, but im not sure how to fix it correctly, i do not know what mod id jacking my site up. Ive spent alot of time trying to figure it out but it looks like either i live with it, or have someone else look at it, which ive had no offers. thanks

To find out where the error is you look at the columns that your module/block code is using when trying to add/update and compare those columns to the table layout (schema) in phpMyAdmin. It will become apparent quite readily where the column count is off and what the column mismatch is.

Im sorry but this is little help. i don’t know the deference between a column and row. I am not sure what im looking at. im still rather new to this, which is why ive been working around the issue for 2 months rather than fixing it. this site has been very helpfull with all my issues but this one is over my head. be that as it may lmao

A column has column names and a row contains the values of the columns. So, you might have

Columns
column -> user_id
column -> username
column -> user_password

Rows
1099

Look in your script where the code is failing and find out what columns are being used at the point it fails. Then use cPanel -> MySQL and pull up the table that is being called in your code. The initial screen that comes up will be a list of all the columns in the table. Compare that list to what is in your script code.
