Restricting Comments on News Module

I keep getting visitors posting junk for casinos and what not in my comments area of news articles, how can I restrict comments to registered users & yet keep my news(homepage) open to the public?

Im using RavenNuke76(tm) Version 2.02.02

In your Nuke configuration / preferences, only allow members / registered users to post comments.

I dont have that option there - so I just shut off comments for now until it can be worked out

I believe you have to set "Allow Anonymous to Post?" to "No". Its not very straightforward...
