do not understand why I would be getting this error, can anyone help?

Notice: Undefined index: REQUEST_URI in C:\domains\g-h-o-s-t.net\www\mainfile.php on line 30

It might help if we knew which version of phpNuke you were using and what other modifications you have made (what modules you have added etc).
Is this on your local box or are you on a host running Windows?
