Theme Problem

I have finished installing the RNuke package and its working brilliantly, the only problem I am having at the moment is when I use a phpnuke skin, it applies itself ok, but the blocks on the right hand side of my mainpage are gone.

Do I need to use 7.6 themes only ? Or is there a fix for this.

Keep up the good work here, the RNuke package is the best by far.
