Forums...new posts read icon..

Atm when I log into forums...I see the new post icons for the various threads, thats good. But after I read a new post all the new post icons revert to to read...even though my users havent read them...any way we can delay that or make it so the icons only show read "after" they are actually read?...couldent really find anything searching through past forums..

It ´s possible that this is an issue with your theme or with the patch version and sometimes it helps if you clear cookies and cache.

But there are several entries about this problem at phpBB I believe and the solution isn´t so easy.
Do you use a standard theme or another ?
