I have RN 2.02 and when I click on an http refere link that is listed in admin panel it comes back with:
Code:
http://www.oblivionfiles.com/index.php?url=http://lovkullen.net/Emma/links.htm

meaning, it puts a link to my site on the front of the link and I get a page not found.

I think that was identified, but we can certainly check it.

That code apparently was done on purpose by FB. In 7.9, at least, there is code in index.php that checks for the $url variable. If set, it simply redirects to that URL. Evaders pointed out that that code was probably to protect the guy on the other end from looking at his logs and seeing your admin page as the referrer. Instead, with this "cute" little trick, he will see your index.php page as the referrer.

I just explained how it was supposed to work in plain old PHP-Nuke.
