is there any i can revert back from v2.0.22 to v2.0.21 i tried using the update v2.0.21 but i still get session error in posts and pm etc and the other fixes didn't work for me

That is odd, because changing your cookie name within Admin --> Forums --> Configuration has worked for everyone else. You have tried this right, AND, you have deleted your browser cookies and a "clean" browser window still does this????

The cookie fix should work. If not, you'll need to restore your old forums files (I hope you had a backup)
