Positions of banners....help

In Deep Blue theme i want to modified a banner 468*60 ...this

after logo-graphic and butons such as "Home , Your accont , Downloads, Top10 etc"
maybe i must to modified in theme.php but i had some errors....
anyone help me?

Try using a center block instead of hacking the theme.
block-Advertising.php might need a little tweaking to get it to do exactly what you want but it should work easier then trying to force it in the center of the theme below the navigation buttons.
