I am not aware of a phpBB hack for this, but that is not my strong suit. Have you checked for such a hack at the phpBB web site? (Just don't tell them you are running PHP-Nuke...)

i did try a mod called SMR_mod_v110 but could not get it to work, maybe coz its for the standalone version. im getting fedup of telling everyone to resize pictures. is there any other way around this?

Thats indeed a great problem but there are different hacks available. I only don´t know if there is one wich works correctly with nuke.
Check also http://www.phpbbhacks.com for restrict images.
As alternative you could change your rules"Images greater than 800x600 will be removed or something like that

having a rule about image size will only work if it can be seen and not everyone reads the rules or remembers them, anyway its not a masive problem just a bit annoying.

cheers though

Well, I don´t know how many registered members you have but to manage a community rules are required (beneed mods) and in combination with a report post function within forums its all easier to handle. Smile
