Can't log in as God Admin all of a sudden

So, I get a message from my brother about admin issues and to reset him as he blocked himself, yet AGAIN!

I go to the /admin.php like I usually do and try to log in as God Admin. It just brought me back to the login window...I try again, it brings me back again. I do it a bunch more times, nothing.

I looked in the forums and tried the htaccess limit functions with the files admin.php function/code(s) but, then I can't even access the site so I removed them again. I checked that both the staccess is 666 as well as htaccess (which they are).....so i went into my database and deleted all the auth in the tables and re-logged in to the site, went through the set up of God Admin (again) and tried to login, again....still getting the login prompt after inputting the information.

So, just to be on the safe side, I cleaned out my cookies and my cache...still nothing. I am clueless.....

What is going on? Am I doing something wrong?

So, I found out that he logged in as God Admin, changed the username (i.e. o as 0) and didn't tell me.

Is there a way to protect the god admin from stupid things like this?

I tell you, I am really REALLY beginning to love LOVE LOVE phpmyadmin as CodyG said!

Only by removing the ability to do that...but super users shouldn't need that kind of protection!
