A timed block or module for PHPNUKE

As a teacher, I am looking to add to my RavenNuke site the following feature:

A clock counting downward: 60 seconds to zero. I will be good if the upper timer can be set to any number of seconds: example 120 and then count dowward to zero.
During that time, I would like to display a Math equation in a JPEG or PNG format. The idea is that whoever take the short quizze information userid ID, name emailed to me.

A text box labelled answer should be given at the bottom where user can enter the answers.

I remember seeing something that counted down to the year 2000. You'll probably have to create one (not hard). If you can find a JS that does something similar, you can create a block from that.

I used Hot Potatoes for a quiz and there is such a time function.Maybe you can take a look there: http://hotpot.uvic.ca/index.htm#downloads

Its great software but its still not available as modul in Nuke.
