I just banned a trouble maker from my site.
His answer to this is to come back and leave messages in the guestbook. I've banned his email, username, and IP addresses, but he is still getting in to do this.
How can I can his butt completely? |

Place his IP in your .htaccess file but at a higher level. If his IP is 192.68.14.99 (example) add this line to your .htaccess. Keep in mind that if he uses a proxy server you may noth be able to stop him completely. Have you made the GB registered users only?
Deny from 192.68 |

No, I haven't..guess I need to do that, this guy is a real pain.
I am unsure of what you mean by at a higher level. I banned him from the forum admin---you know that I turn blond (no offense people, just an expression) when I get under stress. |

Kind, gentle Deseroka banning peeps?? My, my... such a sad world this is becoming! Anyway the fewer the numbers in an IP the higher level it is, so xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is a lower level than xxx.xxx. Clear as mud, no? |

I concede that and Dutch kids, too. I just got another hackattempt alert from your site, this one from GA, so I really think you need to remove the picture I tried to put in your guestbook. For some reason clicking it brings up my hack alert and that's a pest. |
