Forum Attachments

Is there any way to eliminate all the extra baggage when attaching a photo in a forum post? What I'm speaking of is the file information, eg, size, filename, table lines and so on. All I want to see is just the photo, nothing else. I looked in the attachments prefs in the forums admin but didn't notice anything pertaining to this question.

Edit: Also would be nice to attach multiple images as ONE attachment instead of, say, three images attached separately which takes up an awful lot of view space under the message.

Savvy users could combine 2 or 3 images as one and attach that.

Suggestions welcomed .. of course. Wink

Look in viewtopic_attach_body.tpl and see if that doesn't have the info you want to edit.

I can't see anything related in any of the *attach*.tpl files.

Which ones are you editing, the ones in themes/Your_Theme/forums or the ones in the modules/Forums/templates?

Cursory look in both as time was limited yesterday. In /modules/Forums there is /attach_mod/ that doesn't exist in /themes/RavenIce/Forums .. doesn't seem to make any difference nonetheless. I don't think it's theme related tho.

Might you share anything special you did to get the attach_mod working?
I cant get mine to work at all... Starting to look to another alternative.
