Donations Module

I just tried installing Treasury on a 3 day old 2.30.02 site after I upgraded to 2.4. Treasury messed up my admin module (by messed up i mean no icons show on the main RN admin page) if I had the donations block on the left. Also, if I then switch to the home page the only thing that shows up is the left blocks and they are all the way over to the right side of the page. If I put it on the right the admin module displayed correctly, treasury admin works fine.

All I did was copy all the appropriate Nuke Treasury files from a 2.30.02 site, change the db info in config.php, modify the info in Treasury admin to reflect the new site, and activate the module and the block.

I do not know enough to understand if this is an incompatible issue between NT1.1 and RN2.4 and I might have missed something.

I did download a fresh copy of NT1.1 from this site and make the dbi, sql, and fetch changes suggest elsewhere. Same result as above.

Does anyone have this working on a RN2.4 site?

I can't look at it now, but I will try to look at it tomorrow. Can't image what it would be.

Doulos, do you have an old Nuke Treasury which still used the old sql layer. maybe you uncommented the line in mainfile.php on your old site but not on the new 2.4 site?

I downloaded V1.1 from this site and the block displayed fine and I could get into the module.

Note: I didn't spend the time to convert it to use the new DB layer. I just uncommented the $dbi stuff. Also I have no idea if it works I was just checking to see if the block displays.

I corrected all $dbi to $db and 99 % of the notices. It seems to work.

I don't know what happened with the 2.30.02 install. It was only up for 3 days then I say 2.40 and upgraded. I installed a copy of 2.40 and donations module/block worked fine. Sorry for the trouble.

Something was corrupted in my database, either before the upgrade or after, because when I added that db to the config of a fresh RN2.4 site the same issues noted above occurred.

When I did nothing but add NT to a fresh install of RN2.4 all worked fine, except the admin part - after applying the dbi and other changes noted elsewhere, admin and NT config worked fine.

When I dropped it in my site I found the admin section did not work and that started my search.

I saw all the posts in this thread and couple of others and decided that everyone should not have to search all the web sites for various fixes. I also saw Raven's note about W3C criteria and decided to make those changes also.

Plans for additional changes are in the works by others, but I was just trying to get 1 version that can be dropped in place and start working without the need to make or look for fixes.
