I just put up a site for a friend and there are a couple of oddities that i need help with.
Issue #1:
I was testing Nuke Sentinel for get violations and it detected me and banned me, Then i went into phpMYadmin and tried deleting my ip from the NS_blocked_ips table and it wouldn't let me, So i then had to just empty the entire table in order to get back to the site.
Issue #2:
i'm using the default theme to view the admin blocks section of the site and it seems that there is no way to rearange the blocks, No up and down arrows. Has RN v2.4 removed that feature ?
Issue #3
Is there no way to ban entire countrys from accessing this site instead of using IP address ranges ?
By the way its great to see your all still here doing what you do.

2) I don't think it was removed.
3) Sadly there is no way to identify what country a user is coming from, except through IP addresses. |
Is RV 2.4 working bug free with PHP5 ?
I know that hackers spoof their IP's but there are some countrys that have no need or business visiting certain sites. This site would be one of them.
It caters to USA clients only.
Thanks for the responce Evaders99. |

Several releases ago blocks administration was changed. The up and down arrows were replaced by numeric sequences ... so instead of having to change one block one position at a time you can rearrange all your blocks in one swell foop. Just put in the numeric order you want for center up and center down, left and right blocks. |

I have a other problem:
I did get the RN 2.4 and installed on my localserver.
All things get right but if i will open the site over [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ] than im redirect on the sentinel banned IP site. Online works the same Version and i can open the index
I search in the database and cant find the blocked IP, because the tabels are empty.
I need the local site to test my converted modules. |

Hard to understand what your question is. There is a parameter in rnconfig that allows you to bypass the NS invalid IP check. You can use that to test a local install, then turn it back on when you go live. |
