double Menu with Sommaire and layers

In my office Site i have a dual menu managed with sommaire (modified)
and with menu with multiple layers

i think in my zip file i have putted all files required

Something does quite look right with the sommaire block in Firefox. The horizontal lines are too wide for the block. Confused

same here with FF 3.5

in my site, it looks offside the block because someone has writting a big sentence for it, im trying to fix it
