Rather than jumping through an unnecessary array of hoops to unhide hidden users, is there a way to SEE these users in the RWSWhoIsWhere block?

I thought all users showed up in that block.

Try commenting out in includes/RWS_WhoIsWhere/wiw.php:

Line 62 if (!$row2[0]) continue;
lLne 73 mysql_query($delSql);
