allows voting by same person from different computers allowing them to vote multiple times

i thought this was a previous issue and corrected but darned if i can find the info.

Are you talking about users, or anonymous?

yes the users as I have the survey module set to registered only

its a fresh install and I confirmed I could vote twice......I voted from the computer @ my fire department and then again from my phone another user did it from the fire department and his home computer

I think the survey module uses the ip address as reference.

Yes. Although IP spoofing isn't difficult, creating multiple accounts is easier...

ok I thought ip was the way but couldn't remember for sure....how would I go about changing it to log by username instead ?
