Cannot see footer textboxes in Preferences

Hi all, and thanks for your help.

When i log into admin panel and then preferences, i cannot see the block that would allow me to change the footer. I tried changing themes and even reinstalling everything 3 times to avoid human error. Please help?

r3dd4wn, I split your post into a new one as you are talking about a different issue. This has to be something local to your browser I believe, such as a plug-in or security software. Try opening up rnconfig.php and changing the following to be:

$advanced_editor = 0;

Then see if they show up. If they do, then something is stopping the FCKEditor (all JavaScript based) from loading?
