Have you enabled "GZip Compression" in the forum configuration? If so turn it off.

If you can view and see everything by using his account it has to be on his end. As you have stated he should clear his cache and cookies.

well at first it workt to delete his history and cookies.

but know hey is getting the following massage after he loged in and trys to click on a topic :
-----------------------------------------
The address is not valid

Most likely causes:
•There might be a typing error in the address.
•If you clicked on a link, it may be out of date.

What you can try:
Retype the address.

Go back to the previous page.
-----------------------------------------

also the url where he is getting is wirde :

http:///modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&p=380

he is missing the hole url : www.gs4r.com Confused

i noticed the following.

www.gs4r.com is the url of the forum.

we have a second url : www.dediensthond.com
that relinks to the main page of www.gs4r.com.

when i thake the wird url : http:///modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&p=380

and i put the www.gs4r.com in it. then i see the topic.

when i do www.dediensthond.com i get back to the wirde url and getting the error massage.
