New Blocks not showing when uploaded to /blocks/

Hello just having a small issue here I could use some help with!

I am currently running a fresh install of 2.40.01 with the stock ShortLinks installed via rnconfig.php as well as the Sommairev2 block and the stock ContentPlus with RN install. As well as the RN Reflections V2 and TrickedOutSlider mod.

As I said I have a fresh install, but what I noticed that blocks are not showing in the Blocks Admininstration automatically like they should be! I had to go into the db tables and add it manually for it to show in the admin panel. I had a similar problem way back in the day when I was running 6.5/6.9 original nuke and had to just add them manually to the DB as well. I was also using sommaire pemetrable back then too so I wonder if there is a coincidence? The other thing that I could think of was the fact that the shortlinks is preventing it from picking up the new blocks?

Any thoughts/solutions would be greatly appreciated! Thx!

No, ShortLinks isn't the issue, but I wonder if you may have modified the nuke_blocks table. Please post the structure of this table here. Another way to try and debug this is turn on the SQL debugging within rnconfig.php (also make sure your rnlogs/dblog file is writable and check to see if you are getting any SQL errors upon trying to enable a new block).

Just to be sure we are on the same page here, you are talking about the block names in the drop down menu by filename in the blocks admin correct?

I must have messed up something when looking at the _blocks table. I just reloaded the entries from a previous backup and it seems to be fine now. Thanks for the quick replies!
