New topic issue in forum - error message

I have a fairly new installation of v 2.4 & after creating some forum categories, when I try to start a new topic in any of them I just get this message, "Template->make_filename(): Error - file posting_attach_body.tpl does not exist"
Any help gratefully reveived thanks.

Does your themes forums folder have a file named posting_attach_body.tpl? If not, take one from an included RN theme and copy it to your theme.

Did as you said & it said another file was missing so did same with that & that's done the trick! It was the Concept theme from Disipal, why they were missing I do not know but a huge thank you for that, I owe you a beer! Cheers
