Long time no talk Neutral

after 10 years (10 years plus Neutral

) i dragged out the old ubuntu server (turns out ubuntu 5.10 is now 24.10). Started looking at the changes in php 8.4 and thought what about raven nuke. Well I am still thinking but decided to build a basic cms (similar to ravennuke). Very early stages (very very early) but has the basics. Just something to look at as who knows where it will go.
