I have received 20 emails saying

What does this mean? I do have one cron event that I didn't know about, a wget to send reminders.

wget has been temporarily disabled on my servers due to some hacking attempts. When we feel it is safe to retore it we will. However, if you have a cron event that you did not know about, that is pretty suspicious to me. If you did not install it, then that's VERY suspicious. Can you send me the script please?

It has been reenabled so you should be okay now.
