can this be editied for use int he uk to show £ please. How do I change the due date?

The due date is always the end of the month, by design. You would need to modify the block code calculation to change it. I'm not sure about the curency though. Here's a link on their support site that may help you http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?thread_id=1013785&forum_id=345471
