Hi,

To start off, I am new to PHP Nuke. I have phpnuke 6.5, mySQL, IIS4, win2k server edition. I know MANY people have had this problem, because I read the posts. No one can login as a user. It just acts like it logged in but it didn't. I tried the find and replace:
replace: Header("Location: modules.php
with: Header("Refresh: 0;url=modules.php

I got that from FAQs and forums. That made it just say "Login Incorrect! Please Try Again..." Even when I know that it is correct. I never found any fixes beyond that point. I am VERY desprate. I have restored the default files that came with 6.5. What should I do from this point? Thank you to anyone that can help me with this problem.

Mr.Anderson

No offense but after reading that I would strongly and highly recommend that you install Apache and use it. Apache is the most popular and secure web server and for many reasons, especially the ease of installation Wink

I fixed it. I downloaded a patched version of PHP Nuke from www.nukefixes.com and then applied the fix:
replace: Header("Location: modules.php
with: Header("Refresh: 0;url=modules.php

It worked first shot. But now it wont send activation emails... I CANT WIN!!! lol
