Upgrade 7.0 to version 7.4-7.5 problems

I just make the 7.0 to version 7.5 but there was a problem when a went 7.3-7.4 it came with the following note.
PHP-Nuke Update finished!

Please note that SECTIONS modules has been removed on this version. All your data from Sections module has been moved to CONTENT Module.

You should now delete this upgrade file from your server.

When i type in the adres bar domein.com/chanfuterboy/adminStory came the following note

Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/chanfuterboy/public_html/awor-3/includes/sql_layer.php on line 286
Access Denied

When a went to my admin.php on the site where the c-panel is i did not see any icons on my Graphics Options Graphics in Administration Menu? What should i do?

Open sql_layer.php and after line 286 add:
echo mysql_error();
the error will still be there but it should now have more information which will help pinpoint the problem.

I went there (sql_layer) but what must i do, tell 286 line and there write that msg, i do not understand what you mean by line 286?

Find line 286. Insert a line after that and on that line type this code:
echo mysql_error();
Save the file and then when you see the error it should tell you more about what is causing it.

I still dont uderstand where that is raven.

I copy past the sql_layer.php here under. Show me where is that line now plz.

Open sql_layer up in an editor that has line numbers and find line 286. Then insert what I explained after that.
