Webmail strangeness

For some odd reason when you go to compose on my 6.9 site it pastes the html code of my survey in the complse box. You have to delete it before you type your new message.

Secondly when any of my other users sends an email the "from" field shows the correct email they used to set up webmail. When I use webmail the "from" field shows the right name I set up but the email it shows is the email I used when I signed up for my host account through my domain provider.

This sounds like you have a a block/module that doesn't have a closing form tag and so the two are joining.

Look in the nuke_popsettings table, nuke_authors table, nuke_users table, and nuke_config table for that address. It has to be somewhere.

How do I look for the closing form tags? I don't even know what they look like. Embarassed

I checked all the blocks and modules that have to do with either Webmail or Surveys and all have the closing form tag.

This works just fine with my 6.5 site. I wonder if it has to do with protector that I am using. I will try to unprotect it and see what happens I guess.

Nope.

I just noticed that the code in the 'compoase' window does have the opening and closing form tags for the survey.
