TinyMCE = Big problem with new topics

"You must enter a message when posting"

is the familiar message I get when I'm trying to either preview or submit a new topic. Although I might have typed a 1,000 word essay, it shows the above error and when I click the button again, my text is there with html formatting, such as  &, </div><br />, etc., etc. all over the place and it is not formatted the way it is supposed to. Did I miss something with the installation or has anyone else experienced this? It only happens on new topics, as far as I know.

EDIT: Not sure if this is any help but according to windows debugger, the issue has to do with line 523: Error: Can't move focus to the control because it is invisible, not enabled, or of a type that does not accept the focus. URL: website /modules.php?name-Forums&file=posting

This is being discussed on a few forums at the moment, Christian, and I haven't seen a solution yet.

However, there is a temporary fix Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! but unfortunately you lose the use of the editor.

Hopefully something will come along soon.

As much trouble as the editor is... I can do without it for now. I'll just comment out the original code and insert the new. Sometimes technology in its infancy isn't ready to mature. Once the issue is resolved, I'll may try it out again.

Having used both the editor and the 'old' editing method for writing news articles, I have found I prefer the 'old' way.
