Adding Banner To Header

I use phpadsnew and created the following code to place in my theme

I need to place the Header exactly above where it says Welcome To zim NET radio (visit http://www.zimnetradio.com/radio to see where i mean)

Which file do i use to place the banner where i want and where do i place the code ..

Where do i enter my phpadsnew Code??

In 'mainfile.php' you should see a section called 'function message_box'. Add your banner code there... Wink
