Keep getting: "The html tags you attempted..."

The html tags you attempted to use are not allowed

Now, on the regular htm page it shows up fine:

I don't understand why it won't transfer over to the "Welcome Block" thing we have at our site. Also, I tried adding the:

Just not sure if I did it right... Any help would be appreciated.

This is a security *feature* of nuke.
The *allowed* html tag, if I remember correctly are defined in either config.php and/or mainfile.php as an array.

I fixed it after searching through the forums. You got me headed in the right direction.
