Admin Problems...desperately seeking for help

Hello,
Let me introduce myself...
I'm Shine69, a total beginner on PHP and PHPNUKE....
I'm seeking for help, and please if anyone keen enough to answer please answer it as if i am a donkey...lol

So, here're my problems

i'm using php nuke 6.9

1.when i'm adding admin on my admin page, i'm not checking the superuser one, and previously when i'm logging with this new admin, i can view most of the shortcut link for superadmin thing....especially download link...[it's on the admin page FYI], but one day i create a new admin and using the same method above, and when i log in, i can't see some link [the only link left are logout, and news...and no download link]
can someone tell me why, and can someone offer me any solution...
2.i create couple new block using the block creator, can i merge those block into one block, cause i hate the spaces created by those blocks....
3.How do i upgrade phpbb for my forum in phpnuke6.9
4.is there any search engine module that can search html files on various folders...

First, I would ask if you are using the "Patched" updates from http://www.nukeresources.com.

This solution fixes a number of problems with all nuke versions.

Next, to update your forums, you should obtain the "BBtoNuke" updates also available from NukeResources.com (Go to downloads and "Search" by "BBtoNuke")

These updates need to be done INCREMENTALLY, In order from whatever version of BBtoNuke you have now through Version 2.0.15.

(To see what your current version is, go to phpMyAdmin, Open your database, then click "YOURPREFIX_bbconfig" and then click, "Browse" in the right hand pane. You will see 3 pages total of fields. Go to (I think the last page) and look for "Version" the last digits will tell you what version you have ... It could be something like .0.10 in which case you are running BBtoNuke 2.0.10 as an example.

Next, After you have done all of the updates to get to you 2.0.15, download and install the latest version of "Patched" for PHP-Nuke 6.9. You will see the link to that on the homepage of http://www.nukeresources.com

As for merging blocks, sure... It's just a matter of making sure you get the formatting, includes, and global statements correct. You should use the latest blocks from the "Patched" update to see the latest "Methodologies" for how to organize the contents of a block and to get an overall view of what the structure looks like.

There are advanced search modules for nuke; however, they work with specific Nuke modules and don't actually search the contents of HTML files. If someone knows of a solution that does that, maybe they'll chime in.

I'm a total php and nuke beginner, can you please give me a little bit more detail about that?

Regarding updates.

You would start incrementally with the next Version of "BBtoNuke". I don't know what version you have now, but the above instructions show how you can find out.

If you had version 2.0.7 of BBtoNuke, you would start with BBtoNuke 2.0.8 and proceed incrementally until you finished with 2.0.15.

After you perform each BBtoNuke update, you would then load and install the latest version of "Patched" for PHP-Nuke 6.9.

As for the blocks, it's hard to say without knowing which blocks you are talking about. You can send me a private message with your website address and identify the blocks in question and I'll give you some pointers.
