I have been working for four days attempting to apply the 7.3 patch to one of my sites and keep running into the same problem: I cannot get blocks to display in the center down position and all blocks placed in center up always display above the news items in the center. Thinking the problem was in my upload, first I restored my site to original condition, then uploaded patch again and ran upgrade script. Same problem happened, even tho I tried this several times.
So, next step was to re-load fresh 7.3 news module files and then the related fix files - same problem.
Then I basicly uploaded fresh 7.3 nuke files (entire site) and then the entire fix package - same problem.
Prior to applying this patch, this problem was not evident and my site was working comfortably with the 2.7 patch and Sentinel 2.1. Not being content to be unprotected I hate to leave it at that level but do not know what else to do.
I have installed Raven's Tool Box on the site if anyone wants to help me out........... |

Thank you Chatserv. I will send you the file with the only mod, I have done so far, ie Nuke Sentinel. I'm hoping the code changes in this patch will not prevent me from adding back my GT NextGen scripts but thats my next mission once this works. |

Well mainfile php apparently wasn't the issue and my problem persists. I may be willing to pay someone to check this out as I have another similar site that likely will fall prey to same issues. |

It's more than ok with me. You look like you might have more hair to pull out at this point anyway. Thanks for paying attention. I think my only alternative at this point is to rebuild the site or ignore this problem but as I said, I have another 7.3 site that is next to upgrade and I am hesitant to go any further at this point. Again, thanks! |

Center blocks should be visible now, footer.php was missing the HOME_FILE define, center blocks placed up show between messages and articles, that's how it is by default. |

I see the change in the file but don't understand why that makes a difference in this site. A friend of mine used the regular patch file minus that line and center blocks up and down both work fine without the edit. Should the patch be edited because of this or is my site an anomaly?
Regardless, I am in your debt and will make a donation to your site. |

It's just that your files have modifications that belong to the not yet released Nuke Patched 3.1 |
