In most of db tables I got this Warning (translation form italian so it could be not perfect):

Code:
The keys PRIMARY and INDEX couldn't be assigned to se same column "A_COLUMN_NAME"

Is this a problem ? How can I solve it ?

It doesn't cause a problem other than overhead. You should be able to drop the INDEX and just leave the PRIMARY.

This makes better (less time loading a page) and worst (most time searching in db) speed ?

It shouldn't. Whether the index is a regular or primary, the query should still use it.
