Hi
This function suddenly stopped working, it returns an error page:
Quote: | Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator... |
My db is about 3.69 mb and i'm using sentinel 2.3.0 on php-nuke 7.6 with 2.9 patch.
I really appreciate any idea around this.
Thanks for any help |

kenspa,
I am assuming you are referring to your host's Control Panel tool, whatever that might be. If you are still able to access your nuke site, are you able to do the nuke backup db function? This might at least rule out a mySQL issue?
You should contact your host if you are certain it is a Control Panel issue.

thx montego for your quick reply.
This issue is from cp of my site admin, and i saw some posts in some forums on the web about the same problem, but no clues to solve it up till this moment.
I'm sure it's not the host, or nuke core files, but an incompatibility between mods, since on the developing site with the same nuke and host it's working fine.
Let me hope that somebody has got a little clue for this otherwise, the old story, erase and start from the beginning again!!! |

If you have access to mySQL from the command line, I would try exporting the database. Of course, most of us do not have this access. Also, if your hosts gives you a means to do a database export, sometimes through phpMyAdmin and sometimes through other tools, I would try that as well.
If you have already done this, my appologies for starting with the "easy stuff". <smile> Just trying to rule out an issue with your specific nuke database before you go off and start from scratch again.
By the way, since you are using Sentinel, are you able to to the Database Maintenance --> Optimize and/or Repair? If those work too, then it may be the size of your db, but 3.9MB just doesn't sound large to me to time out...
Anyone else have any ideas?

montego,
Actually i do my db backup through phpMyAdmin, and everything is fine there. The point is i can't do them through the nuke admin c panel, and as you said it's not that big, but i do think it's
nuke time out that is causing this problem, and i do appreciate any idea about this from you (guys at Raven)..
thanks |
