Moving Forum Posts to Correct Category

If someone makes a post under the wrong category, is there a way that I, as the admin, can relocate that post to its proper category. For example, someone posts a statement about "Golf" under the Tennis category. Is there a way to move it to the Golf category?

As Admin you should see a set of 4 icons at the bottom of the post the forum is in. Delete, Move, Lock, and Split. You want the Move one.

These items still aren't visible for me logging in as the admin. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong or what I'm missing to cause this?
